Welcome to the website santaciliaclub.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), operated by Santacilia, A.C. (hereinafter, “Santacilia”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using this Site.

1. Purpose

The Site aims to provide information about the Santacilia vacation development, its villas, experiences, memberships, and amenities, as well as to enable information requests, reservations, online payments, and contact with sales advisors.

2. Definitions

• User: A person who accesses and navigates the Site.

• Client: A User who makes a reservation, enters into a contract, or acquires a membership.

• Membership: The right to use a villa for a specific period, under the terms stipulated in the corresponding contract.

• Services: Reservations, rights to use villas, experiences, and amenities offered by Santacilia.

3. Use of the Site

The User agrees to use the Site lawfully, without infringing on the rights of Santacilia or third parties.

The use of the Site for fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive activities is strictly prohibited.

Santacilia may temporarily or permanently suspend access to any User who violates these Terms.

4. Reservations and Memberships

All reservations or purchases are subject to availability and confirmation by Santacilia.

The specific conditions of each reservation, membership, or contract will be communicated directly to the Client and will prevail over the terms stated herein.

The User is responsible for providing truthful and updated information for the reservation or contracting process.

5. Payments

Prices will be expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN), unless otherwise indicated.

Prices do not include VAT.

Payments may be made by credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, or authorized payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).

Santacilia does not store Users’ financial information.

In case of cancellation or refund, the specific policies indicated in the service or membership contract will apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, logos, images, photographs, videos, designs, source code, etc.) is the property of Santacilia or third parties with a license and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use without Santacilia’s prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Santacilia does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Site and is not responsible for technical interruptions, connection failures, or errors in the published information.

Santacilia shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

The information published is for informational and promotional purposes only and may be subject to change without prior notice.

8. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data will be governed by our Comprehensive Privacy Notice, available on the Site.

9. Modifications

Santacilia reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, which will be notified by their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States and, where applicable, the State of Guanajuato. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of San Diego de la Unión, Guanajuato, unless an arbitration agreement applies.
